NAILS APPOINTMENT POLICIES
A non-refundable deposit of ₦5,000 is required to secure your slot. deposit will be deducted from total after a rendered service.
It is important that you're on time for your appointment 15 mint grace period is given, if you're more than 30 minutes late we might have to do a simpler set so as not to eat into another client's time.
Incase of an emergency, cancellation or rescheduling should be done 24 hours before your appointment time or same day booking should be 4 hours notice. Failure to do so will void your deposit.
Soak off is not free. if you're having an old set kindly come 1 hour before your appointed time. If you'll be getting your toes done please let us know as well so as to balance your appointment time.
We don't correct or refill on job not done by me.
No extra guest not receiving service is allowed.
Kids aren't allowed (due to safety reasons and regulations)
Payment method includes cash or transfer
Balance is done before or immediately after service.

Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
No deposit = no booking confirmed.
Deposits go towards your total balance.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time to avoid rushing your appointment.
A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations will result in deposit loss.
Same-day cancellations may require a new deposit before rebooking.
No Extra Guests
No friends, kids, or extra guests unless discussed beforehand.
Before Your Appointment
Come with clean lashes and no mascara.
Avoid caffeine before your appointment to reduce eye fluttering.
Refill Policy
Refills are only accepted within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment.
Anything after that will be considered a full set.
Foreign Fills
Clients coming from another lash artist may require a lash removal before a new set.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be made immediately after service.
Transfers/cash accepted.
